Tamannaah Bhatia ( sindhi: तमन्ना भाटिया; born 21 December 1989) is an Indian film actress and  model. She has appeared in tamil films as well as hindi films. She made her acting debut in her only hindi film so far, Chand Sa Roshan Chehra that released in 2005, before working in the major South Indian film industries.
Bhatia made her Telugu debut the same year with  sri and the following year appeared in her first Tamil film  kedi. In 2007, she starred in the two college-life based drama films, happy days in Telugu and  kallori in Tamil, which both earned her critical acclaim. Following commercial successes with  padikathavan (2009),   ayyan(2009) and   paiyaa (2010), she established herself as one of the leading contemporary actresses in the Tamil film industry. She also has experience as a model and has appeared in various television advertisements.
