Raavan is the most awaited upcoming movie, the film directed and Produced by Mani Ratnam. Raavan is a modern take on the great Indian epic of Ramayana which tells the story of god Rama. Raavan movie includes a very big and famous star cast like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Govinda, Ravi Kishan, Vikram, Tejaswini Kolhapure, Priyamani and Ajay Gehi. The music of the movie is composed by double Oscar winner A.R. Rahman.
The characters based on Rama and Sita will be played by real life couple Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai while Ravana character portrayed by Chiyan Vikram in the movie. Ravana is the film being made in two versions Tamil and Hindi. The Raavan film was shot in various locations of Kerala, Allepey and dense forest. The movie will be release on 18th June 2010.
